Dan Loiacono, MBA, CCIM – Managing Partner

Dan Loiacono is the founder of DLA Business Performance Advisors and has over 25 years of experience in business management, strategy, and transaction execution. Throughout his career, Dan has been involved in advising clients through over 200 completed business transactions. As Managing Partner, Dan oversees the operations of the firm and works with clients to help them achieve defined objectives.


In addition to his role within DLA, Dan is an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Instructor. Dan heads the manufacturing roundtable for the Kansas City chapter of the Financial Executive International (FEI), is a board member for the D.L. Moody Center, and an executive committee member for Young Life.


Dan earned his BS in Marketing and is a graduate of the Helzberg Executive MBA program at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri.



George Hinde – Vice President

George joined DLA Business Performance Advisors in 2017. At DLA, George advises business owners on maximizing value through strategic preparation for, and execution of, acquisition and disposition activity. George also oversees business development and is always focused on identifying opportunities to grow DLA’s practice. Prior to joining DLA, George worked as a commercial real estate broker with Newmark Grubb Zimmer in Kansas City, Missouri.


George earned his B.S.B.A. in finance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Missouri at Columbia where he graduated Cum Laude from the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business.

Bill Goodman –  Director of Financial Analysis

Bill Joined DLA Business Performance Advisors in 2016 and has more than 37 years of finance and accounting experience. Bill has served as Chief Financial Officer for Midland Lithographing Company, ROM Corporation, and Z-International, Inc. in addition to owning and operating Inland Tool & Manufacturing. At DLA, Bill specializes in helping clients maximize their net worth by strategically managing financial components during preparation for mergers and acquisitions activity.


Prior to joining DLA, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer of A&E Manufacturing and helped the company prepare for a transition in ownership.


Bill earned his BS in Industrial engineering as well as his MBA from Kansas State University.
